STM32F103C8T6 ZX Spectrum 16K
This little “Blue Pill” is an amazing thing, so cheap, yet so powerful. The only "worth to mention" additional part used in this circuit is the GAL16V8 which I also like to use. In this circuit it is used to mix the data sent by microcontroller to the RGBI signal.
Electronic schematic
Simple circuit, generates an RGB signal and can be connected directly to SCART input of the TV.

In operation
I used RGB to composite/S-Video converter to capture videos because my capture card doesn't have an RGB input.
